Sometimes the Biggest is the Best and that’s the case with Sierra Nevada. Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. was established in 1979 by homebrewers Ken Grossman and Paul Camusi in Chico, California, United States.
The Mills River facility opened in 2015. Since then I’ve been at least a dozen times, taken the tour, brought family and friends and pretty sure accompanied by my dog on occasion. The point being, it’s got something for Everyone! Craft Breweries have grown from very few and far between to everybody’s got one. Yet, even with that proliferation, there are those that stand head and shoulders above the rest.
