This is why I love ai. Bard gave me a list of potential books to read on the topic of insomnia. I'm going to look them up and possibly buy and read one. Reading does make me sleepy sometimes. I've been playing a lot of chess and watching a lot of videos. They tend to make me too sleepy to continue but when I stop I don't fall asleep. Audible books and brown noise and the fan help me drift off and I've had some success with that using Alexa routines I've created.
