Guidon has done a great job developing their property. They have their own kitchen where their chefs prepare a selection of traditional German/American fare. The food is delicious! My friend and I stopped by today on our quest to sample all of the breweries in our area. Of the 20 plus on our list, Guidon is a keeper and we will definitely return with friends and family. The beers are genuine German craft and the warmed soft pretzels with dipping sauce made my day. Nice seating outdoors with unobtrusive classic rock rounds out a great experience!
