I’ve decided to set a personal goal to eat broccoli Every Day until Christmas which is 65 days from now. That means increasing from once a week to 7 times a week. I like broccoli so I’m lucky. I steam it but of course I also melt and pour on a lot of butter. My theory under keto is that the fat won’t be a problem. The Besti Videos are great, informative and interesting in layman’s terms. So here I go. I hope I can stabilize and maybe reduce my weight without starving or intermittent fasting. Also reduce a1c. Thanks for all your videos… if you ever need a reason to do something, your videos give all those reasons.
