People make the Difference!
I have grown accustomed to going to Walgreens @ “Little Ingles” for my vaccinations and other sundry needs. A pharmacist with whom I had developed a particular trust recently retired but I ran into another staff associate who also takes time and interest in his clients. We met by chance in Ingles and had a brief conversation. David, took the time to simply recognize me as a patron and a few minutes to chat. As a customer this makes All the Difference as to where I choose to shop. Some store staffers robotically say hello or goodbye as part of company policy while others actually show an interest. My point in this review is to say that People Make the Difference and my thanks to David and other associates for making that distinction in offering true customer service.
