2/14/26 Extremely crowded but worth the wait. These folks keep their cool under pressure and managed a Valentines Day crush with cool competence and a good sense of humor. The hostess up front never barked at me when I repeatedly checked to see where we were in line and then cheerfully greeted by name when she saw me approaching and said You’re Next! Ginny certainly had her hand full but was as gracious as if we were her only guests. My steak, the large filet Pittsburgh style, is always done to perfection and again by a Binions team member who truly takes pride in his work and has fun doing it! Happy Valentines Day!!! You certainly made ours 😊👧

6/7/23 Update
Could it be that the Best could actually get better. The dine in experience is great but we live so close by that sometimes I just want to get a great steak to go. So I called in and ordered the Filet very rare Pittsburgh style. 20 minutes later I’m picking it up. The place was jammed with customers but I walked right up to the check in pedestal and it was ready to go. The waitress was so incredibly friendly and helpful asking me to check my steak before leaving. It was Perfect!!!
Binions makes the Best steak in town hands down. We met with our best friends visiting here from Boone and when it came to the big question Where do we go for lunch? Binions was the answer. The steaks are outstanding; fresh, prime quality, cooked to perfection and served with a smile.
