End all unnecessary donations and subscriptions 

Stop current credit card to stop all automatic billing 
Notify Retirement about Tess
Thank- send money to Richard
Sell CRV or give it to Lauren
Clean out the house
Give jewelry and any clothes that work for Lauren
Give everything else away to Goodwill 

Possibly volunteer at Hospice
Sign up for hospice thereapy
Look into being an Uber Driver
How would that effect insurance and can I actually do it

What I can do everyday 
Walk - laurel green, Rhododendron Lake, Arboretum-Greek Restaurant- do that with Linda before she leaves
Play Chess, online and look into local club
Buddhism- daily thoughts
Stop being your own worst enemy 
Accept the fact that some people actually hate, but most people mean well and most hate is from fear
Take your time with everything you do
Think before you speak or act
Be happy that you had love and had one person to love in your life
What is important now is Lauren
Lauren and Sam, Nolan and Wes
With people, you don’t need to entertain them
People mostly want to be recognized and validated including you
Let things happen 
Let people be themselves 
All things, including death, will come in there own time and there own way
Tess is the Only person you know whose name is Tess
Tess saw you and Tess Loved you
You can never replace that and you should never try to replace that
